Return Policy

Product Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you're not 100% content with your purchase from Custom Fuel Bar, we offer a return window of 14 days from the delivery date. Please adhere to the instructions below to ensure a smooth process:

  1. Initiating the Return Process:
    Within 14 days of receiving your item, contact us at customfuelbar@gmail.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Ensure to include this RMA number when you send back the product.
  2. Product Return Guidelines:
    Once you have your RMA, ship the product back to the provided address within 14 days. We ask that you keep us updated by emailing the RMA and your shipment tracking number to customfuelbar@gmail.com . Ensure products are in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and show no signs of damage.
  3. Processing and Refund:
    Post receiving the product, allow us up to 7 business days for inspection. You'll then be informed about the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within another 7 business days.

Noteworthy Points:

  • Shipping costs, wrapping fees, and applicable taxes aren't refundable.
  • The return shipping cost will be borne by you. We advise using a trackable shipping service.

Items Not Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Products missing parts or damaged due to user error.
  • We dont offer returns on customized products which means products that is made on order. Pre-launch editions, Special colors, personalised items with your own ID number and initials, laser engraved logos/ names, upholstering, special requirements for installation, shelvings ect. Products returned without proper authorization or not in original condition.
  • For any discrepancies, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.

Sale & Exchange:
